The day ended with a large tsog. It was the advice of our teacher that when the Enlightenment Stupa was completed that we have a large tsog, circumambulate around it and do a sang offering...we've managed to pull it all off today!! Even with many folks off at the New York Retreat we still managed a great turn out! You get a quick glimpse of the prayer room here, this is where the 24 hour prayer vigil takes place. It is open 24 hours a day, every day, with at least one person in there committed to maintaining this vigil until suffering has come to an end. The great part about that is anyone can come, any time, if they want a place of peace and kindness to take shelter in for a while. So whether you come to see the Stupa looking shiny and new, or to tour our prayer room with all the statues and crystals to bring you benefit, all of it exists for anyone seeking relief from suffering, or anyone who wants to lend a hand in ending it!
