Outside Norbu worked on these, the wood frame where one side of the velcro will be mounted. You can see in the upper corner where the construction adhesive we hurridly placed on 10 Million Day didn't stick. Today we had more time and better weather (sunny most of the day) so the adhesive did much better (still no nails--yeah!). We popped a lot of extra staples into the velcro as well. Our goal is that anyone could remove the brocade in the future to clean it without having to deal with pulling down wood frames or ripping the velcro off.
