The bumpa fully sprayed we took a break for lunch. You can see here it didn't take long for the stripper to begin soaking into the paint. It soaks through the paint layer, and when it hits the substrate (our concrete) it stops and begins to form bubbles which push the paint off. We have found it to be extremely effective. Despite our complaints of the smell, you can see we use it with very little protective equipment.
