The great thing about teamwork is there is always someone up to the task...Pete took up the challenge of securing the velcro to the concrete. Gretchen had said she's stick it to the brocade (Norbu and Kathy ended up sewing it on, as the brocade is heavy) but left it up to us to figure out how to secure it to the gau's interior. We hadn't given it much thought, and of course, we wanted it done today (it's 10 Million Day!), so when we realized it wasn't going to be easy Pete jumped in to figure it out. We've cut wood pieces and used a construction adhesive to secure them to the gau (no one wanted to drive nails into a Stupa if we could help it).  Posted by Picasa
