What, you might ask, is this???? I took this photo on Wednesday. A lot happened that day, and I didn't get to tell this story, but I really wanted to share it. So...this is a smear of caulk on the old plexiglas. Pete, a chemical engineer, was so nervous about putting caulk on the plexi without performing multiple safety checks that he did this. Conducted an on site experiment (watching for a reaction between chemicals in the caulk and the plexiglas), and he also called the manufacturer of the caulk, to verify there would be no damage from applying it to plexiglas. After that quick check, he hopped up on the Stupa to help Norbu put the new plexiglas in place....
