When I first headed down to the Stupa a dark cloud formed overhead...The weather pattern here in swampy Maryland is one of heat, humidity and evening thunderstorms throughout the summer. The repairs actually benefit from being wet, so rain in the evening isn't a problem...but rain in the afternoon is. We have had one whole day's worth of work washed out before...so this kind of sign is a little disconcerting...
