Okay...does this look like a clear sky to you? The forecast today did not call for rain. Ashby and two new volunteers showed up today to help paint the Stupa, and the sky kept doing this! As the steward of the resources of this project, I couldn't risk the paint. It requires 48 hours to cure, and to me these clouds had the potential to evolve into storms...but I'm no meteorologist...just a cautious Stupa dudet.
