KT has faithfully, and patiently worked with us from the very beginning of this project. She's the document keeper who translates our hand-in-our-pockets and off-the-cuff estimates of timelines, plans and material needs into documents worthy of being submitted to the board. Her work will also form the foundation for our ongoing maintenance plan, and manual. As the chair person in charge of facilities maintenance, she's also integrating this into her overall projections for the year.
