Thankfully Lisa joined me today. It took longer to paint one Stupa with brushes than it did to paint 6 with the sprayer...but we used a fraction of the paint the sprayer used.

After I saw how much paint we used yesterday I went home to make some calculations, I knew we'd used more than expected, but I had no idea how much more! I won't reveal the alarming reality of it, but it was clear an alternative method of application needed to be found. Fortunately we made this discovery with the small Stupas, and with the much less expensive primer. Sorry to bring the reality of cost into all this, but alas, the renovation budget has been long over drawn, and a new signifcant expense would threaten completion of the project this year. Winter is nearly upon us, and us Stupa Dudes have much to do yet! Don't fret though, we'll see it through...
