October 9th...Perseverance...

This is a stock photo, from a long time ago, when the Stupa Park was fresh and new. This is one of our goals, to restore this park to this state...actually, to even improve on it! That big white base of the Long Life Stupa is going to be painted in a more subtle manner (we hope...we're all learning as we go here), so the Stupa itself stands out.

I worked again at the hospital today, so no work on the Stupas. Tomorrow, however, may be quite different! James and Lisa are already planning on being out there (it's a holiday). We have a truck waiting for us, so we could actually get the final stripping done potentially! All does depend somewhat on weather, we were drenched the past few days. If the rain is heavy tomorrow we might have to turn to our back up plan (all good Stupa Dudes have back up plans...) which is rolling mantras. If you don't know what that means, keep your eyes on this blog. One day soon we'll be doing it! Posted by Picasa
