I had begun to set up my laptop at the temple to work on this blog before the teaching tonight, when Norbu burst in the door and said "let's go out there now!" I knew he'd been working on the Auspicous Manifold Doorways Stupa, and I knew the repairs were probably the most technically challenging of any we'll ever have to do, ever. So I dropped everything, handed him the Starbuck's I'd picked up for him, and we headed out....This is what I saw when we pulled up....
