We wrapped up around 5 pm after contending with the heat all afternoon. I had promised to meet my parents this evening (for Father's Day!), and we were all moving pretty slow. I must say however, that exhausted as I was, it felt wonderful. Truly. There are few times in ones life when you can feel exhausted, and rest in the knowledge that the energy expended served a greater purpose than merely seeking temporary comfort. It is awesome to have the chance to contribute to bringing such benefit to beings (human or otherwise).

Tomorrow is another day to work on the Stupas! There are some folks who've called to say they're planning on coming out, so we'll see! With the bumpa done, we can concentrate on the ground level tomorrow (so if you're curious and want to try it's a great chance to jump in!).

Please do come out if you can, whether to work on the Stupas or just enjoy their profound blessings. If you give them a chance, they'll change your life (for the better!). Maybe you already have had some taste of that! They are here, 24 hours a day, every day, no gates, no admission fee, no restrictions on who can take refuge in their presence! This Stupa, the Enlightenment Stupa, is right near our parking lot, so it's easy to get to, and well lit, all night long. This blog is here almost as constantly (there are those internet blips and server issues every now and then...). They are all offered to you, no strings attached! Right here, in Poolesville, Maryland! Posted by Hello
