Well, my rig worked, but it didn't feel too secure. Here you see Lisa putting away the ladder I used (it's small, so I had it propped in the truck bed next to the Stupa). It's easy to handle, but not quite tall enough to really be secure. Lisa showed up to be sure I was safe...but the goal is to be able to work most of the day tomorrow...so...
