Remember this guy? He's now in Dakini Valley, Arizona, helping care for 140 dogs that were moved there from Mississippi. He's going to help the Sedona sangha work on their own Stupa Repair out there in the next few weeks, and then head back our way here in Maryland!

Much as I would love to have told him we'd be done with Stupas here, I couldn't...though we'll be getting there! I'm back out to the temple tomorrow, though there are a few things up in the air. I will at least work on some repairs, though that may mean the sprayer repair!

Lisa Banana wrote me an email today indicating that the sump pump may not be working...alas...when Norbu called he did remind me that completing such a meritorious project as this renovation would not be without obstacles! So it seems...Don't worry though, there's a committed team in place, and we'll get there one way or the other. The best part is, we're all aware that simply getting the renovation done this season isn't "it", this is the beginning of a committed effort to keeping the Stupas in healthy condition for generations.

All of this effort is devoted to keeping these sacred sources of blessing in the world, so countless beings may be benefited. The best part is, beings are benefited even if they don't realize it, even if they don't try, even by accident! So come on out and see what they're all about! No need to learn anything, or do anything, just enjoy them... Posted by Picasa
