The first step in applying the repair material is splashing water in the area to be filled. This starts the action of moisture being drawn into the pores of the concrete. This helps the bonding process. Next you mix a wet mix of the M90, to the consistency of "peanut butter", hence it gets that name. This is too wet to hold a shape, which is the purpose of the M90, but it is a necessary phase in the process. It acts as a bonding agent for the bulk of the repair material... Posted by Picasa
