The Vietnamese had amazing organizational skills (especially to those of us not so gifted). As the truck was unloaded by the men, the women took the goods under the temple to begin sorting. They created many bags of mixed items, so each family could get a "sample" of what was being offered, rather than someone getting all the noodles and someone else getting all the condiments etc...They created balanced packages so each family would get a share of the available items.
