Norbu is working on attaching the hoist to our now secured pole. By the end of the day (this is truly the last photo my camera took...ever..had to get a new one today for real), but by the end of the day we had secured the hoist, attached a pallet with webbing, and were working out how to balance everything on the pallet. It turns out we aren't finished, the hoist is too low. When we raise the pallet, it sits below the level of the platform. I'll get photos of our current set up tomorrow, as well as some of the work we do...
