We got started working on the railing. It didn't take long, however, before we realized our plan wasn't going to work out. We decided we needed more support (just in case) so sat down and hashed out some more ideas. Norbu resisted paper, but eventually we did measure it out and develop a better plan (sketchy though it may be). Our day ended with antoher trip to Home Depot to get the rest of the supplies we'll need for the railing...Still pondering ideas about how to get the pot and sand up there....
