Though we had hoped to get to repairs on the Enlightenment Stupa today, the threat of thunderstorms this afternoon made us cautious. We're seeing first hand what happens when you expose materials to such challenges before they fully cure (paint or repair material) so we headed out to the Stupa Park instead. We began surveying the situation, and scraping areas of failed paint.
