We started the day off with a tsog...a food offering ceremony where blessings are showered on all beings. This practice is offered daily for the benefit of all, but prayer requests are also read aloud and honored. The temple has a prayer request book where visitors or members can write down people, pets, events or issues they'd like us to pray for. You don't have to be Buddhist, or understand the prayers to make a request!
