Amber and Sophie look on as Ashby puts the finishing strokes on the Stupa for today. As you can see, we didn't finish the whole thing, but we did get the toughest part done! Standing on the Stupa to sand and grind it requires strength and flexibility none of us had...we all limped around the rest of the day! It ended with a great evening, Khenpo Norgye began the weekend's teachings on the 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva. Sophie, our youngest sangha member, hung out for the whole day!

Of course, you don't need to attend teachings or hang out all day to visit the Stupas. They're open to everyone, regardless of your beliefs or time frame. They're always here, ready to offer their blessings to all that encounter them! Posted by Picasa
