You can see here our system for securing the reliefs while the epoxy sets. We used a sponge on the relief, a webbing strap around the bumpa, and a bungie cord over the top of the bumpa (as the webbbing kept creeping down as we tightened due to the slope of the bumpa). It may not be pretty...but it works...
